I have been posting a series called So Your Child Would Like to Be an Author. Let’s deviate from that topic today in honor of Easter.

What is Easter?

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Romans 6:23

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  John 3:16

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.  Romans 10:9-10

Maybe this Easter is a time for you to reflect on God’s grace in your own life. Maybe it is a time you will be able to share His plan for salvation with others.
