Two More Books for Christmas
If you like to read holiday stories, or if you are looking for a last minute stocking-stuffer for a friend or relative, I recommend Homeless for the Holidays by Peggy Sue Wells. I enjoyed reading this wonderful, heartfelt Christmas story with a message of hope for families facing tough times. Based on a true story, the Baker Family learns what it means to place Christ back in their Christmas and to be grateful for the things that matter in life. The book is well-written, entertaining, and inspiring for any time of year.
If you are looking for a Christmas book for children, I’d like to recommend M is for Manger that I co-authored with my daughter, Teri McKinley. It was published by Tyndale House a couple of years ago and is available in both picture book and board book formats. Last year we were humbled to learn that it reached number 2 on the bestsellers list in Christian children’s Christmas books. As children follow the letters of the alphabet, the events that surround the birth of Jesus unfold with every page. This book is also based on a true story!
Merry Christmas to all of our faithful followers.
