In this story, a family goes on a road trip and throughout their adventure they discover God is everywhere and in everything. Told from the viewpoint of a little girl, it is sweet and heartwarming.

Each turn of the page moves the reader from one adventure to the next to discover God’s presence in different ways. My favorite part is the closing line of each adventure. Here’s a few samples:

 The illustrations, by Natalie Merheb, are lovely. They are vibrant and pair perfectly with the text. This book will become your child’s new favorite, so be prepared to read it again, and again, and again.

It would be fun to see how many examples of Jesus Loves Me your children can find in a day. Make a game of noticing God’s presence and then saying, “Jesus Loves me, this I know, because _______________ tells me so.” What a wonderful reminder of God’s love, presence, protection, and provision in every moment of our lives.
