Psalm 139: 14 – I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Another picture book well done by author, Joyce Meyer.
Wonderfully Made is about a talent show at the Everyday Zoo that Hayley, Harley, Pouch, Squirt, Mr. Turtellini, and Boyd (and more) want to be a part of.  Hayley Hippo is watching all of her friends practicing some kind of talent, whether it be…singing, dancing, telling jokes or playing an instrument.  Hayley Hippo is struggling to find just the right thing that she is good at and she’s becoming discouraged.  Hayley begins to think that maybe God forgot about her.  You know what?  God does not forget about us!  We all have special talents.  We just need to dig deep within ourselves to find it. That’s what Hayley is trying to do.  Let’s see what happens.  Hayley went to see what some of her other friends were doing and found Squirt the Seal doing amazing things with a ball, so Hayley started taking pictures of this.  Moving on, Hayley saw Boyd and Harley doing magic tricks.  She wanted to try too, but…it wasn’t her thing.  Miss Bimble was singing and Miss Monkey was doing acrobatics.  Still not Hayley’s talent. Sarge was doing shadow puppets.  Midge and Pidge were ice skating.  Hayley thought she’d try too, but she fell down. Her  bag opened up, and out came all the pictures that Hayley took all day long of her friends and their talent.  Hayley began to think (with the help of her friends) that her talent was right under her nose.  She finally realized that God gave her the gift of taking pictures!
We all are unique. Â We all are made in God’s image. Â We all have special gifts that God gave us. Â Let’s be proud of who we are. Â Celebrate YOU! Â You are worth celebrating! Â Because you are fearfully and ‘Wonderfully Made.’
This is my own honest opinion and I received no monetary compensation of any kind for my review.
