Getting Ready to Go Back to School
Hard to believe the summer is almost over. I swear it just started. This is a big year for our girls. Both of them are now in high school and the oldest is a senior. Getting ready to go back to school is different for teens, but some things stay the same. It’s important for every student to:
- Get enough sleep
- Eat right
- Get organized and stay organized
For teenagers, it’s also important to:
- Limit screen time before bed so you can fall asleep faster
- Stay away from drama
- Maintain a healthy balance with your schoolwork, your job, and your personal life
Remember that established routines make accomplishing tasks easier and help us build good habits.
