What are your 2023 goals? I bet you have specific things you would like to accomplish this year. Maybe you’ve made a list. Or perhaps, you hesitate to write them down for fear you do not achieve them. Educators are very familiar with goal setting. They are often asked to write SMART goals for themselves and their students. SMART is an acronym for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This is a critical practice.
