What are your 2023 goals? I bet you have specific things you would like to accomplish this year. Maybe you’ve made a list. They are often asked to write SMART goals for themselves and their students. SMART is an acronym for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This is a critical practice.
