Eat God’s Food: A Kid’s Guide to Healthy Eating — 16 Comments

  1. Crystal, thank you for this post and thank you Susan Neal for creating this inviting book to help parents and children get back to eating what God created for us to consume.

  2. I wish this book could be used in schools everywhere to teach the children the importance of healthy eating. Our national health has been sacrificed by the food industry. Bring back the farms please and good education.

  3. I ordered and received Susan’s book after reading this post. I have a very picky eater in our extended family. I’m seeing some small results after spending time together with your book! Thanks for the book and the review!

    • Karen, that is wonderful. Small results can grow, just like a mustard seed can grow into a huge tree. To complete an activity from the Eat God’s Food book, one grandmother took her grandkids to the grocery store (like a field trip) so they could figure out all the colors of different fruits. Now they are trying different fruits and vegetables to see what they taste like. The book can open up a whole world of God’s produce that kids never realized God gave them. Blessings, Susan Neal
