Snuggle Up and Share the Hope of Easter with Your Littlest Ones
This is the week when most parents (and grandparents) are choosing items to put into children’s Easter baskets. For your youngest ones, may I suggest a book that that will quickly become a story time favorite:
SNUGGLE TIME EASTER STORIES
Written by Glenys Nellist and illustrated by Cee Biscoe
Zonderkidz 2022
Themes: Holy Week, Easter, Hope
Snuggle Time Easter Stories is a delightful book to celebrate the Easter season with the young children in your life. It is just the right size for little hands with a padded cover and thick pages. The illustrations are bright and cheery with a cast of darling animals, multi-racial children, and beautiful art showing scenes of Christ’s life from Palm Sunday to the Resurrection.
The rhyming text is a joy to read aloud. Each spread begins with a verse from the bible accompanied by a two-stanza poem explaining and elaborating the verse. The ending is perfect as it shows children that Jesus loves them and with them always. Families will enjoy this hope-filled book not only during the Easter season but throughout the entire year.

Thank you for sharing this book and the need for sharing our faith with children about Jesus and what he went through for us. Our children need to know more about Easter than the Easter Bunny and Easter eggs.
So true! I’m always happy to find things that help children learn the true meaning of Easter.
Thank you so much for sharing this book with us. Children need to know how much God loves them and they certainly need to understand the real meaning of Easter and what the Lord Jesus did for us.
Hello, Esther, This really is a lovely book. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
