I am outside myself with excitement! Outside ABCs is scheduled to release on April 21, 2026, one day before Earth Day. Grandson and illustrator, Jonathan Huff and I are holding our breaths as we await our first shipment of books.

About the Illustrator:
Jonathan Huff is an artist in the DC area, where he enjoys time spent with his sweetheart Delana and Oyster, his Australian shepherd. His artwork found its way to first place at a state-level grade-school contest; the walls of San Antonio’s River Art Gallery; the paths next to Washington DC’s reflecting pool; the caricature booths at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park; and the carving benches at Mokuhankan, a studio in Asaakusa Tokyo preserving the art of traditional Japanese wood block printing. He is grateful for the opportunity to illustrate for his grandmother, one of his biggest supporters, on her book Outside ABCs. This is Jonathan’s first picture book.
